NEET 2018 Counselling Process, Dates, MBBS Counselling Fee

NEET Counselling 2018:- National Eligibility cum Entrance Test is a national level medical examination conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Yearly. NEET 2018 Counselling will be conducted through online mode. Those who wish to find admission in MBBS and BDS courses offered by various medical and dental colleges in India can apply for the NEET 2018 exam from December 2017-February 2018 (expected). Candidates who qualify the exam will be called for the NEET counselling process.

NEET 2018 Counselling

The Counselling will start in the month of June 2018. When the NEET Result 2018 will be declared, the merit list will be prepared and the students who fall in the NEET Merit list 2018 will be called for the NEET counselling. Students who qualified the NEET 2018 exam and fulfill the eligibility criteria of NEET for 15% All India Quota seats will be eligible to participate in the NEET counselling process. NEET 2018 counselling for 15% All India Quota seats will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) in an online mode.

NEET 2018 Counselling Procedure

NEET Counselling 2018 Process will be conduct through online basis. Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will conduct the online counselling for the 15%. All 85% seats will be conducted by the respective state government and university/institute authorities. The NEET counselling is following rounds Steps

Step 1:- Online Registration

Students who have qualified in the NEET Exam. Candidates will first have to register themselves for NEET 2018 Counselling. Without NEET Counselling Registration, Students will not able to participate in the counselling Process. When the students register the NEET Counselling through official site, they will receive a unique user ID & Password on their registered mobile & mail id. They can log in through this id & password.

Step 2:- College Choice Filling & Locking

In the 2nd Steps, Students select the medical or dental college as per their performance. When the final selection will be done. Candidates must click on the Save button to lock the choices. Choice locking is the compulsory.

Step 3:- Counselling Result Declaration

Soon after the NEET 2018 counselling process is over, students will receive an SMS and an e-mail related to the allotted course and college. The seat allotment will be based on the candidate’s rank and the select choice of colleges.

Step 4:- College Reporting

When the NEET 2018 Counselling will be declared, the student will have to report at the allotted colleges and pay the course fee. If the students doesn’t report at the allotted college in time, the seat will be given to the next candidate.
